Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website, using our services or enrolling in any of our courses and diploma programs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We ask that you read them carefully before continuing.

Litsea Centro de Capacitación, Salute per Acqua Riviera Maya, with address at Avenida Luis Donaldo Colosio, Lote 15 Manzana 38, Bosque Real, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, C.P. 77714, is the owner of and responsible for the educational services offered through this website and in person.

Litsea Centro de Capacitación offers courses, diploma programs and certifications in the following areas:

• Massage Therapy and Spa Therapy
• Facial and body cosmetology
• Hairdressing and Styling
• Body Aesthetics and Hair Removal
• Professional barbering
• Professional makeup
• Nail Techniques (manicure, gel, acrylic, polygel)
• SEP-CONOCER Certifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any course or service at any time, notifying already enrolled students with due advance notice.

To formalize your enrollment you must:

• Complete the information request form or visit our facilities in person.
• Present a valid official ID.
• Cover the enrollment fee and the first monthly payment or the agreed amount.
• Sign the educational services agreement.

Enrollment will be formalized only upon completing all of the steps above. Spots are limited and are assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to the enrollment process.

The costs of courses, diploma programs and certifications are established at the time of enrollment and are communicated transparently before any payment commitment. Payments must be made on the agreed dates, whether in cash, by bank transfer or through the methods authorized by the school.

Failure to pay tuition may result in the temporary suspension of access to classes until the outstanding balance is settled.

The promotions published on our website and social media are valid for a limited time and are subject to spot availability. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless expressly indicated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Once enrollment has been formalized, the student may request cancellation of the service under the following conditions:

• Cancellation before the course starts: 80% of the enrollment payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation within the first 5 business days after the course has started: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation after 5 business days: no refund applies.

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to informes@litseacc.edu.mx.

The student has the right to:

• Receive the training agreed upon in the program of the course or diploma program enrolled in.
• Access the materials, facilities and tools necessary for their learning.
• Obtain their certificate or diploma upon satisfactorily completing the program.
• Receive attention and guidance from teaching and administrative staff.

The student agrees to:

• Comply with the school's internal regulations.
• Maintain a minimum attendance of 80% to be entitled to evaluation and a certificate.
• Treat teachers, classmates and administrative staff with respect.
• Take care of the school's facilities and materials.
• Make their payments on time and in full.

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, teaching materials, videos and designs, is the property of Litsea Centro de Capacitación or its respective owners and is protected by the intellectual property laws in force in Mexico. Its reproduction, distribution or use without express written authorization is prohibited.

Litsea Centro de Capacitación is not responsible for damages or losses arising from the incorrect use of the techniques learned outside the school's facilities, nor for accidents caused by non-compliance with the safety rules established in class. The student accepts that the application of the knowledge acquired is their sole responsibility.

Litsea Centro de Capacitación reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on this website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
